Billing questions

How do credits work?

Builder credits meter platform model usage when you create or iterate on an agent. They are deducted from real token cost (input + output). On monthly billing the pool resets each month; on annual you get a 12-month pool (e.g. Starter shows 100 credits/month = 1,200 credits/year).

What’s the difference between monthly and annual?

Monthly renews each month (Starter $24, Pro $49, Scale $99 at base). Annual charges 12 months upfront at the reduced rate (20% off): Starter $20, Pro $40, Scale $80 per month equivalent. Credits are always shown as monthly; the usage cap is annualized.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You keep access until the end of the period already paid, then you return to Free. Cancellation does not refund the started period.

Can I get a refund?

Not for a period that has already started: access (Builder credits, agent creation, publishing per plan) activates immediately on payment. By ordering, you accept immediate performance and waive the withdrawal right under the French Consumer Code. See the Refund Policy for very limited exceptions.

Who handles payment?

Billing will be processed securely by Whop. Stack32 never asks you to paste card numbers into a custom form.

Will prices change?

Amounts shown are indicative during beta. If pricing evolves before launch, we communicate clearly before charging differently.
