Frequently asked questions

How Stack32 works, what agents can do, and what to expect before you build your first one.

Product basics

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Stack32 is designed for non-technical users. You describe the job in plain language; Stack32 builds, tests and runs the agent. You never open a code editor or a node canvas.

Is this like n8n, Make or Zapier?

No. Those tools chain steps on a visual workflow. Stack32 is agent-first: you brief a builder, get something you can chat with immediately, then refine by conversation.

What is an “agent” here?

An agent is a reusable assistant with a clear goal, capabilities (for example web research or your documents), rules and a preferred output style. You create it once, then talk to it whenever you need that job done.

How is Stack32 different from a generic chatbot?

A chatbot answers in the moment. A Stack32 agent is shaped for a specific job, tested as you iterate, inspectable in Structure, and improvable over versions — closer to a teammate than a blank chat window.

Capabilities

What can my agent do?

Typical work includes web research, reading documents you connect, analyzing information, drafting structured text (emails, reports, tables) and following rules you set in Build.

Can it use my own documents?

Yes. You can attach knowledge sources so answers stay grounded in your material, with citations when sources are used. You stay in control of what you upload.

How long does it take to get a first version?

A first working version often appears in under a minute. Most people reach a satisfying result within a few follow-up prompts in Build.

Can I change an agent after creating it?

Yes — that is the core loop. Ask for changes in Build; Stack32 applies them, retests and keeps previous versions so you can evolve safely.

Account & trust

What languages does the interface support?

English and French today. The product is structured so more languages can be added without changing how you build agents.

How does billing work?

A simple monthly subscription for Pro, handled securely by Whop. Free lets you explore with limits. Cancel anytime.

Who is behind Stack32?

Stack32 is a Synko product, operated by Zeldia, a company registered in France.
