Subscription & sales terms

These terms apply to paid subscriptions to Stack32, sold by Zeldia. They complement the Terms of use and the Refund Policy.

1. Offer and nature of the service
Stack32 is offered as a subscription giving immediate access to a digital service (digital content / electronically supplied service): Pro features, possible allocation of usage credits, and the ability to create and run agents as soon as payment is confirmed. Features and limits of each plan are described at purchase and on the pricing page.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown in the checkout flow, taxes indicated where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider. The subscription renews automatically each period until canceled. Payment for a period is a firm order for that period.
3. Immediate performance
As soon as payment is confirmed, Zeldia immediately performs the service: subscription activation, unlocking of paid features, and where applicable immediate crediting of your usage balance. You may use the service without waiting for the legal withdrawal period to expire.
4. Right of withdrawal — express waiver (French Consumer Code)
Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, article L221-28 provides in particular that the withdrawal right cannot be exercised for: (i) the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the withdrawal right; (ii) service contracts fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period where performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver. By ticking the checkout box and confirming your order, you (a) expressly request that performance begin immediately, (b) acknowledge that the service (access, credits, agent-building capacity) is provided without delay, and (c) expressly waive your withdrawal right. Accordingly, no refund is due under withdrawal for the started period.
5. No refunds for started periods
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Zeldia will not refund amounts already paid for a started subscription period, including early cancellation, non-use, change of mind, or partial use of credits. The Refund Policy details this principle and the very limited exceptions (billing error, major failure attributable to Stack32).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting hello@stack32.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: the service and charges continue until the last day of that period, then stop. Cancellation does not give rise to any refund of amounts already collected for the current period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Price changes
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from the next renewal. If you disagree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
8. Fair use
Usage limits (number of agents, runs, knowledge volume, credits) are described per plan. We may throttle abusive usage that threatens platform stability, with notice where possible.
9. Consents collected at checkout
Before any payment, you must clearly tick: (1) acceptance of the Terms of use (and related documents, including the refund policy); (2) your request for immediate performance and your express waiver of the withdrawal right. Without these consents, the order cannot be validated.
