Terms of use
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Stack32 service, published by Zeldia. By creating an account, using Stack32 or subscribing, you accept these Terms, the Subscription & Sales Terms, and the Refund Policy without reservation.
This document is a structured legal draft intended to inform users. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and does not constitute legal advice. If in doubt, consult a qualified legal professional.
1. The service
Stack32 lets you create, test and use AI agents by describing them in natural language. The service includes a builder interface, a live chat with your agents, and a structure view of their configuration. Stack32 is provided as a web application accessible with a compatible browser. As soon as a paid subscription is activated, usage credits may be granted and Pro features become available immediately.
2. Account
You must create an account to use the product. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 15 years old, or have parental consent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Stack32 to generate or spread illegal, harmful or misleading content; not to attempt to bypass technical limits or security measures; not to infringe third-party rights; and not to resell the service without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. AI-generated content
Agents produce content automatically. Despite automated testing, results may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your use case. You remain responsible for reviewing and using agent outputs. Stack32 does not guarantee the accuracy of generated content.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (prompts, documents, knowledge sources). You grant Zeldia the licenses strictly necessary to operate the service, including processing your content through third-party AI model providers.
6. Subscriptions, immediate performance and non-refundability
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing, withdrawal rights and cancellation are described in the Subscription & Sales Terms and the Refund Policy. By subscribing, you request immediate performance of the digital service (Pro access, credits, agent-building capacity). Under articles L221-18 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your withdrawal right once performance has begun with your prior consent. Started periods are non-refundable, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Availability
We strive to keep Stack32 available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zeldia's liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription follows the Subscription & Sales Terms (end of the current period, no refund of amounts already paid). We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, first contact us at hello@stack32.com. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also use consumer mediation under the French Consumer Code.
